Warming Up First

After a rest of two months because of my sprain injuries, together with my friends and cousins we played basketball last night. I’m so excited to play again. I run so fast back and forth of the court and jumping high to get some rebounds. We had a great and nice three consecutive games.

But after I woke up early in this morning to take a bath there were some problems on my body, especially my legs. I can’t move it regularly as I do so. There was a Pulled Groin and hamstring that gives me so much pain and swelling, I felt like I’m injured again because I can’t walk or even move my two legs. I’m wondering where this muscle strain came from, then I realized the play that we had last night because of being overtired, overused, or not warming up before we play basketball. Now the next time I play basketball I will surely warm up first and exercise my legs together with the Hamstring Exercises to prevent Torn Muscle.
